Welcome back! It's Spring!

Hey AIGA! School's back in session and so are we! Ready for change? 'Cause here it comes... Richard Khanbabian is going to be our new club advisor!

For those who haven't had Richard for either Electronic Layout or Advanced Image Manipulation, you're guarenteed to have him for Branding. And with that, AIGA will be picking up a real client to design for this quarter.
this is the real deal. get ready...

As with every quarter, we're opening up another membership drive.
If we can assemble 20 people to become official members of AIGA, we can receive a discount on the fees with a charge of $50 per member. Please tell your friends and round up potential members. $50 is a great trade off to $300+

This Thursday is Club Fair Day!
Come to our table in the 2900 Building Big Room, sign up to be a student member and find out what we have in store this quarter. See you then!

Week 8 - Have you registered?

Register by Friday or you'll owe Art Institute $50. You don't want to pay more than you have to, right?

- Stimullate last Thursday -
This was a great event put together by the AIGA chapter at Westwood College. It's like a SPARK event but at a coffee shop instead of a bar for the under 21 students and designers. These kind of get-togethers are great opportunties for you to socialize and network with people not only in your major but also in AIGA. Not to mention, employers and well-known designer have snuck into these events. April Greiman made an appearance that night... look her up!

*4th Quarter Review Workshop*
Got friends in their 4th quarter? Spread the word. We're holding a workshop for the "do's and don't's" of the presentation. Week 9, 11:30, Rm 313, Thursday, you know the drill.

DON'T FORGET: Elements/Principles poster designs due this Thursday for discussion.
